How Does it Work?

Our 3D CAD CAM teeth are what we love most in our clinic. Dr Juan Francisco Gomez is a CEREC 3D expert and knows how to get the best results from the software and hardware. Crowns (caps), veneers, inlays, and bridges can be made with CEREC 3D CAD CAM dentistry.

It works in five easy to understand steps:

1. The tooth surface is cleaned, disinfected, and prepped for its restoration.
2. Instead of taking a messy, uncomfortable impression, the prepared tooth surface is scanned with a fast, comfortable, highly precise digital scanner.
3. This is image is developed and tweaked on the 3D system with our special software to design the new tooth.
4. After that, the computer sends the information to the milling unit which creates the new tooth in less than five minutes
5. Finally, the tooth is polished, cleaned, and placed in your mouth.
